Currently, I am reading "The Mandibles: A Family, 2029-2047" by Lionel Shriver

(I think, the original book title is so much better than the title of the German version:
"Eine amerikanische Familie")

Anyway, the book was recommended by ODELL
I suppose, because of the stories similarities with kind of a worst case #Bitcoin scenario.

The story is based on the idea of a crash, on the international currency exchange, and the “almighty dollar” plummets in value, to be replaced by a new global currency, the “bancor.”

Someone else reading the book? What are your thoughts about it?
